The HPUJ Vol. 11. No. 1 December 2023 is a peer-reviewed biannual publication of Himachal Pradesh University that promotes interdisciplinary research in all areas of humanities and social sciences. The journal provides a platform for scholars to publish original research articles, review papers, and case studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in fields such as sociology, political science, economics, history, anthropology, and related disciplines with special emphasis on Himalayan studies.

The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process and is indexed in UGC-CARE and Indian Citation Index. We welcome submissions from researchers across the globe.
